If you build a debian > package, remove it from debian/rules before building the package. I commented out the line "--enable-release", but to no avail. I'm not familiar with the whole compiling rules in debian. Could you give me some more detailed instructions? When compiling from source, no rules to 'make debian-pkg' for vista. I did a make install and find the libvista***, though working fine, is much more bloated than the recompiled debian package. Could you add the debian/rules in the make file and check if the vista source is current? > >> 2. export Siemens dll is not there (maybe just not for tonight, I >> should check out later) > > It is only there if you build ODIN on an IDEA development platform. Tried to install ODIN for IDEA under Win, but got stuck at the point of not able to find 'qwt.lib' (installed qwt-4.2.0-setup-qt230nc.exe already). Could you please advise how to proceed? Haven't got so far yet, but took a peek at the install.idea file and noticed the following line is for VA21: IDEA_SEQ_DIR="$IDEA_INSTALL_DIR/n4/comp/Application/seq/" Don't know how many users are still using VA21, but an update to VA25 would be handy in the future: IDEA_SEQ_DIR="$IDEA_INSTALL_DIR/n4/MrServers/MrImaging/seq/" I got some idea from the install.idea file about how a typical case would be to use ODIN with IDEA? But I haven't got the whole picture yet (maybe I will once I got the development env. set up). What should I use as ODIN recon input: meas.asc & meas.out? >> 3. Any plan to support Varian system? I will try this once I get more experienced with ODIN and have some time. >> 4. odin Roadmaps? > > Adding parallel imaging to ODIN!
