Delay Feature Request

I'd like to start off by saying that this is an awesome program. One feature that I'd like to see is a way to delay my stream. I stream my competitive gaming matches and by having a delay in the stream I wouldn't have to worry about my enemies trying to get an upper hand by watching.

I just tried using a 3 minute delay for the first time and it caused my stream to lag massively and then at the end of the stream OBS crashed. Here is the report:
