If you do that then you will be re-defining the CL terms, which is not a
good thing. In the bigger picture, dropping the xrefs won't do anything as
soon as anyone builds a resource that combines ZFIN and CL. But in that
context your adding the taxon constraint will mean they apply to the CL
terms as well, which would be incorrect.

But perhaps Chris' OBO->OWL translation does some magic that assigns the
copied CL records ZFIN ids?
