We will have a call today. Agenda: - Replacing the retired 'chebi ontology terms' with something more useful - removing incorrect sufficient conditions (I thought I had done that, but may not have committed) - Make document for mini use cases - update on 'objective' use: - rename has_ input / has_output to has_specified_input etc. to distinguish from non objective driven things - limit realization of input_role, output_role to objective driven processes - create specific objectives for high level classes (assay, material transformation, material separation, data transformation, control stuff) ? It will be on Centra so that Jennifer can join. > > > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > From: *Alan Ruttenberg* <ala...@gm... > <mailto:ala...@gm...>> > Date: Wed, Sep 24, 2008 at 8:31 AM > Subject: define classes > To: obi...@li... > <mailto:obi...@li...> > > > Some notes from a quick review during release processing: > > ChEBI ontology can be replaced with molecular entity if there is > nothing more specific.
