Category: Scripting Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: RMDIR Bug Initial Comment: Version : 2.14 OS : Windows XP SP2 The command: RMDIR /R Directory does not recursively delete the directory if the directory contains a file name that begins with 2 dots. For example: Directory\..FileName1 I suspect the code for RMDIR assumes that any directory entry beginning with "." or ".." represents the current directory entry or the parent directory entry. The code should be modified to check if the directory entry is a file or a directory; if it is a file then delete it. thanks, David Campbell ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=373085&aid=1420657&group_id=22049 |
