This fix makes initial column width of the FileSwitcher list view dependent on the window width.

    The patch above doesn't work, sorry for that, I didn't have the chance to test it.

    I've created bug https://sourceforge.net/p/notepad-plus/bugs/5025/ for that issue and this new patch which fixes it.

    The patch doesn't work at all.
    However the bug has been fixed, and the fix is in svn.

    The patch "FileSwitcherInitColWidth.diff" doesn't work, yes, I have written that already.
    Patch "svn.diff" works perfectly, I'm already using it for some time, no problems with it.

    There is no fix in SVN for this bug yet.
