#535 Correct HTML completion

HTML autocompletion file in Notepad++ distro till 6.5 by now is wrong - it doesn't follow the rule of strong alphabetical order.

So we need to place all items in strong alphabetical order plus add CSS rules for completion to work correctly in all our HTML files.

Such ready file see in attachment to this message.

Place it in plugins/APIs directory of your Notepadd++ replacing an older one.
