#395 Bug 3541923: poor folding performance on large documents

When folding, the entire document is colorized again which kills performance on large files. This behavior was introduced in revision 866. I admittedly don't know what bug that revision fixes, but performance is greatly improved if you don't colorize the entire document and I don't see anything unusual (even with the document map switched on).
