i'm frnch and i dont spek english very well.I will triy to explain may problem.
I have install GIM and Inkscape. After that Notepad++ doesnt run anymore. Do you know the reason and do you have a solution?

  The same Problem exists after you´ve Installed PHP 5.1 but i can´t find the Problem.
  NPP Crashes during Start.

  Install NPP with the First Option (Dont Use AppPath) then NPP will Start Probaly.
