I know that I have to use Find/Replace function but I can't find the right argument. I will replace all 8000s and I want to concatenate the two lines in my file.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
In the replace dialog, switch to "Extended" (bottom left corner), then replace "\r\n8000\r\n" (assuming your file has Windows line endings, otherwise adjust them) with the empty string.
