I've copied the arabic.xml and rename it nativeLang.xml but doesn't work. ruther it shows characters which are not arabic. things like this: íÈáÇíÓÇÓÕÞÇ)
i've set my winxp to AR (means arabic) but nothing happen. still the same display either in the menu bar or the txt field.
can you help me please. I want to write my web in arabic/french.

Start->Control Panel->Regional and Language options.
Click the "Advanced" tab, in the field "Language for non-Unicode programs" choose "Arabic".
Of course there shoukd be arabic font installed on your system.
