Open two or more documents and put them into two different view. If the line number margin is disabled, you will see that the line number margin appear on the right view. If the line number margin is not disabled, disable it now. You will then see that only the line number margin on the left view disappears.

Just discover it is not a bug. From the dialog, I have to disable number margin from the primary and secondary views.
