Thank you so much!

I had wondered about the spaces after the '+' continuation characters but
had spent so long debugging the rest of the model, I had missed trying that
out.

And yes, now that the model works I can see the wrong polarities I set up
in throwing the curve tracer example together!

(I didn't think anyone would thank me for having to dig the MOSFET subckt
out of the rest of the netlist it was buried in ...)
