Hai Victor, Thanks for reply, In new version it has having .endc and .option. I think there is a problem in the netlist. If not with bsim4, atleast if i get output spice3f5. That will be good for me. I dont know what is the problem in the netlist. Can u check the netlist whether it is correct r not.
