Finally, it's done!
The brand new version 0.6.0 is out.
This version is _NOT_ compitable with prior versions, because of big changes:
- News-Maniac is now based on PHP5 using OOP
- I18n is based on .po files for easier translation
- Users can change the language of the page themselves
- Atom 0.3 feed was added
- Much more comfortable installation
Please check Changelog and documentation for more details.... read more
Despite the fact that there wasn't a new release since the 26th of march News-Maniac is still an active project.
I'm currently working on the upcoming version that will include some nice features such as a SOAP backend.
But to verify that everything works correctly, I need some testers urgently. So if you have time on testing News-Maniac and sending me a review, please contact me.
A great new version is released.
It features major feature enhancements and is much more userfriendly.
Installation is now much easier and the layout is defined in a stylesheet. Furthermore some bug fixes were made.
