finally uploaded the new program with the nic chooser.

added the ability to choose which network interface card to track for statistics. i will upload a new version with that real soon.

i'm currently taking a class on C#, so this program may change to C#, and, i would think, be more powerful than it is right now.

Version 0.1.1.10 has a 10 second average for both download and upload now.
