[Netatalk-devel] AC_HELP_STRING in autoconf 2.13

Hi!

Could anyone who is still using autoconf 2.13 please check whether
AC_HELP_STRING was already implemented in that version? It seems it is a
big improvement over our hardcoding of help strings.
