The discussion of this error continued via private mail, so here for the archives what went probably wrong: There seems to have been a switch from the cdb CNID scheme to dbd on a volume *without* all afpd daemons being shut down. That will almost certainly lead to database corruption. The same is likely to happen the other way round: If you want to switch from dbd to cdb, first shut doen the cnid_dbd daemon serving the database for the volume in question. -- Joerg Lenneis email: le...@wu... |
