For a while the size limit on this list was set to 40k, which is

You had one held yesterday (silvercreek stuff) because the coders list
was BCC'ed, which is flagged as questionable (for good reason) by the
mailing list software.  I just approved it now, so it should be
showing up to the list.

ok, using your snmpd.conf I can reproduce the problem. Grr...  It must
be a bug in the vacm mib code.  I'll have to go look at it (I need
more time in the day, unfortunately).
