Summary: Make the tunnel mib compile in 5.0.1

Initial Comment:
A one-line patch to get the Linux tunnel mib to compile
in net-snmp 5.0.1. It adds the line

#include <net-snmp/net-snmp-config.h>

to agent/mibgroup/tunnel/tunnel.c .

Without the patch, make complains in the following way:

In file included from util_funcs.h:10,
                 from tunnel/tunnel.c:65:
../../include/ucd-snmp/struct.h:7:2: #error "Please
update your headers or configure using
--enable-ucd-snmp-compatibility"

but re-running configure with
--enable-ucd-snmp-compatibility doesn't help. With the
patch applied,  --enable-ucd-snmp-compatibility is not
needed.
