Initial Comment:
The source field in the com2sec configuration does not allow "0.0.0.0/0" as input. Previous versions of Net-SNMP (5.4 something) did allow this.

I would expect 0.0.0.0/0 to be accepted to allow all sources, just like 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 does, but shorter.

Thanks for the patch!  It has been applied to the 5.6.x (and later) code
branch and the main development tree, and will appear in future releases of
the Net-SNMP package.
