Initial Comment:
The gcc compiler emits the following warning on the context name presence test in netsnmp_unix_parse_security():

snmpUnixDomain.c:595: warning: the address of 'secName' will always evaluate as 'true'

The code gcc complains about is as follows:

char secName[...];
...
if (!secName) ...;

My opinion is that this indicates that the test is wrong.
