Hi all !!! Thanks a lot for your answer, Robert. I need somebody to clarify a question to me. Robert said "Using informs instead of traps help, as the agent will resend a few times if confirmation is not received". OK, now a new doubt has aroused in me, this is: the resending is automaticly made by the agent or should I programme the agent to do it? Thanks again.
