hello.. I'm still trying to find out why dlopen doesnt work.. this is from config.log: configure:12121: gcc -o conftest -g -O2 -Dlinux -I/usr/local/ssl/include -L/usr/local/ssl/lib conftest.c -lcrypto -lm 1>&5 it is wrong, because it is not telling the linker to link against any lib that can have dlopen (in my case, libdl.so, or '-ldl').. I really don't know where to change/fix that.. I was digging aclocal.m4, configure, configure.in, but it's just a detail [not including the -ldl neither in the test [cause it fails] nor in the generated Makefiles [cause dlmod stuff doesn't get compiled and snmpd complains about unknown 'dlmod' token].. if it helps, I'm using glibc-2.1.3 and 2.2.5 on another station [will try to compile there].. btw, libdl comes with glibc, on my Linux at least :) TIA __ Ricardo Nabinger Sanchez Linux #140696 [http://counter.li.org] Slackware 7.1 user "When someone says "I want a programming language in which I need only say what I wish done," give him a lollipop." |
