#6 Status bar shows wrong accelerators while recording macro

Status bar shows wrong accelerators while recording macro if not using default accelerators.
If the "Finish Learn" and "Cancel Learn" have customized accelerators, the text in the status
bar during recording will show default accelerators.
"Learn Mode -- Press Alt+K to finish, Ctrl+. to cancel"
This string should be built based on current accelerators at run time and taking into consideration
the possiblility of no accelerators.

This is also a problem with macro progress banner.
"Macro Command in Progress -- Press Ctrl+. to Cancel"

I believe Thorsten has a fix for this. Thorsten, please
upload patch if possible. Or, Steve, maybe you could
integrate his fix. :-)
