#190 put MathML/Tex in a MSDNDocumentor

I did some modification of the MSDNDocumentor to be a
able to include MathML or latex comment into CSharp
code. I don't have time to do that very correctly but I can
give you a sample project describing the way how to do
that.

All is explained in the attached file ....
