Well, i have upgraded my kernel to 2.6.7 and acpi seems to be a little
better.  i'm going to compiling it in not as a module.  I also rebuilt
ndiswrapper for the new kernel and inserted it.  It ran for longer
than it ever has but eventually did lock up the system.  I'll send you
the output of those commands next.  I did not see anything in the bios
for setting acpi to have it's own interrupt.  Should i be looking in
the kernel config?  Anything else i should try?
