This chipset is not known to work; you are the first to report about
it.

0.11 is quite old. It would benefit others if such changes are
submitted to ndiswrapper (this mailing list) instead of keeping it it
in dark.

What processor are you running this under? For x86 (intel/amd 32-bit),
preferred-stack-boundary option should work. This may not work for
other architectures.

Submit debug trace or if that is not possible, at least oops
trace. Without having either the hardware or the log, it is not
possible to figure out what caused crash.
