[Nasm-devel] What to do about the CVS repository...

I'm hacking up a "clean" CVS repository based on the available archive
files (including the prepatches I have from the 0.97->0.98 days.)
Unfortunately, switching to a repository like this pretty much means
losing the existing history info.

Unfortunately, I can't see any better option at this point, since the
existing repository is so snarled.  It's probably possible to write
programs to extract the history, but I'm getting to be of the opinion
that it's better to make sure we have a clean repository that's usable
from this point on.

Do people agree, or should I ditch this idea?
