Hello,

NAPS2 is one of the best, if not the best, scanning programs, I've been ever working with. And I'm scanning documents for at least past 20 years, so I tested them quite a lot.

However, there is a strange glitch. Either I'm missing something or there is absolutely no warning, when exiting NAPS2 3.0.1, while there is anything unsaved in the program.

This could lead to a potentially very bad situation, i.e. lost of a lot of time, when accidentally closing program, without saving unsaved document, after long-time, multi-page ADF scan. That's why I sec "critical" priority to this ticket.

IMHO any program, doing anything, should warn user about closing without unsaved changes and about potential work lost, if it cannot recover itself after that (not seeing any save prompt made me think, that NAPS2 saves all scanned images temporarily and resumes work on unsaved document after restart -- that turned out to be not implemented).

Cheers,
Trejder

You're right, there should be something to avoid this situation. I'll consider different possibilities and will likely include a change in the next 3.0 beta.

This has been changed in the latest version of NAPS2 (4.0b1).
