Olá Cristina Em minha experiência voce tem algumas maneiras de enviar SMS: - por email, através da operadora - por email, usando empresa gateway - por HTTP (web service ou similar) através de empresa gateway A claro, por exemplo, disponibiliza um email 3155552244@claro_algumacoisa.com.br para enviar SMS para os usuários. A TIM tem este serviço mas é pago ou seja, o usuário do telefone deve habilitar. Algumas empresas, voce acha na internet facilmente, fazem um gateway transparente com as operadoras. Voce "fala" só com a empresa e a empresa fala com as operadoras. Para enviar email é fácil. Voce só precisa configurar o email de destino no Nagios para o alarme que voce quer. Para uso das empresas gateway, voce terá que entrar em contato com as mesmas e provavelmente escrever um script relativamente simples usando o links ou lynx, para mandar a mensagem via HTTP.
