After upgrading to 15.3.1, I can no longer open any FIT file from my Garmin Forerunner 210. They work in 15.3.0 and 14.10.0 (tried all with clean profile).
I'll look into this issue because the fit SDK is updated for 15.3.1 but this SDK is not stable. I needed to use the absolute newest because the previous version with the gear data had bugs.
So with this experience I think that this fit SDK can also be broken for Forerunner 210 or other devices.
