#77 new tours by dividing/concenated tours: not saved in databse

new tours created by dividing/concenate tours with waypoints will not be saved in the database.

error message: tour cannot be saved in the database.
error protocol: detached entity passed to persist: net.tourbook.data.TourWayPoint at org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.Main.basicRun(Main.java:584) at org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.Main.run(Main.java:1438)
Tours without Waypoints OK. WinXP SP3. mytourbook VERSION 13.2

OK here is the part of the session, i guess the problem occured at the message "Die Tour kann nicht in der Datenbank gespeichert werden"

This is exactly I was looking for, not the bug :-)

I'll try to fix it in the next version.
