#11 DV DIF Track types

mxflib creates Data tracks for DV-DIF instead of Picture
and Sound tracks. Section 9 in SMPTE S383M specifies
how to access Picture and Sound, and Data elements
within the DV-DIF compound item. Should mxflib follow
what is specified in section 9 or S383M (it is only
informative)?
One advantage of using Picture and Sound tracks is the
decoder can choose which data he wants to process in
the compound DV element. For e.g. if only Picture track
is present the decoder can ignore the sound in the DV-
DIF compound element while decoding the data

Fixed - 1.0.0 now uses picture and sound tracks by default (can use data if required for compatibility)
