We want to use LDAP with SSL to authenticate users. I made the
following changes in config.inc.php:
$ldap_v3 = true;
$ldap_tls = true;
However, when trying to login, I got the error message of "Unable to
start TLS".
 
The MRBS version that we are using  is 1.2.5 residing on Windows 2003
with IIS 6.0 as web server. I found that the application could connect
to LDAP server with SSL. However, while the application tried to start a
TLS session to bind to LDAP server via SSL, it failed.
 
Any suggestions and ideas for solving the problem will be appreciated.
