[MRBS-general] Adding userID details to emailed bookings for admin tracking

Hi all.. I've set up MRBS so that it emails the specified Admin of bookings made/deleted and/or modified but how can I add in the name of the logged on user who made the booking or modification so that I can track bookings? My main area of interest would be the modification section. As it is, I have set up the teachers who can make the bookings but I have assigned Technicians as Administrators so that they can log in and edit each booking to allocate their name in the 'Technician Allocated' section (used to be the Type - Internal/External section) What I would like to be able to do is in the email that is sent to admins with all the details, change the line which reads: A new entry has been booked, here are the details: to read A new entry has been booked by <userID>, here are the details: and the same for the modified section A new entry has been modified by <userID>, here are the details: Is this possible? This will help me so that one Technician doesn't try and manipulate bookings. Its a way of me tracking who is pulling their weight. Regards Declan |
