You'll need to add some code to mrbsCheckPolicy() in mrbs_sql.inc to do the check and a similar piece of code in edit_entry.php. However I'm not quite sure why you don't want to include bookings in the future. If I've understood you correctly I could have used 65 bookings already and then book another 50? In which case wouldn't you have to have some kind of cron job running which checks how many bookings have actually been used and then when a user gets to 100 deletes all the remaining bookings for the semester?
