[MRBS-general] Call to undefined function get_charset() (MRBS 1.4.3)

Hello,

i am new to Meeting Room Booking System (MRBS) and downloaded version  
1.4.3  from sourceforge.net.

After installing it i got following error on calling the webfolder  
with MRBS on my Homepage:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_charset() in /herynnxf/www.mydomain.com/mrbs/Themes/default/header.inc 
  on line 30

Does this happen to anybody else? Is there a solution to not have this  
error?
