Speaking of customizing, has anyone figured out a good way to incorporate resources such as computers and projectors (for example) into the MRBS system? If so, I'd be interested in the details of the programming (PHP) aspect of it. I think I've got a good handle on adding a table for accessories or whatever we might want to call the resources that would be in addition to a room reservation.

Just go into the appropriate lang file (lang.en for English) and edit the text

$vocab["internal"]           = "Internal";
$vocab["external"]           = "External";

Hello,

   I found MRBS yesterday and i'm really happy with it - great work! I was wondering if there is a way to change the "external" and "internal" text. We would like to utilize the color schemes be we don't have internal or external meetings, however we do need to confirm meetings. It would be great if I could change 'external' to 'not confirmed' and iternal to 'confirmed'.
