Hi. It's me again. I am having problems compiling MPlayerplug-in v2.11 in my other Linux box (Red Hat Linux 7.2 with compiled Kernel 2.4.20). Again, this is with Mozilla v1.4 (no newer versions due to lack of RPMs). The errors are completely different from my Red Hat Linux 7.1 we delt with a few weeks ago. Here's the information: [ant@ANTux-AXP mplayerplug-in]$ ./configure checking for g++... g++ checking for C++ compiler default output... a.out checking whether the C++ compiler works... yes checking whether we are cross compiling... no checking for suffix of executables... checking for suffix of object files... o checking whether we are using the GNU C++ compiler... yes checking whether g++ accepts -g... yes checking for gcc... gcc checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... yes checking whether gcc accepts -g... yes checking for gcc option to accept ANSI C... none needed checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c checking for pkg-config... /usr/local/bin/pkg-config checking for mozilla-plugin... Package mozilla-plugin was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `mozilla-plugin.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'mozilla-plugin' found configure: error: Unable to find gecko sdk [ant@ANTux-AXP mplayerplug-in]$ rpm -qa |grep mozilla mozilla-nss-1.4-0.7.3 mozilla-psm-1.4-0.7.3 mozilla-mail-1.4-0.7.3 mozilla-nspr-devel-1.4-0.7.3 mozilla-nspr-1.4-0.7.3 mozilla-devel-1.4-0.7.3 nautilus-mozilla-1.0.6-ximian.14 mozilla-1.4-0.7.3 mozilla-dom-inspector-1.4-0.7.3 mozilla-nss-devel-1.4-0.7.3 mozilla-js-debugger-1.4-0.7.3 kdebindings-kmozilla-3.0.0-1 mozilla-chat-1.4-0.7.3 [ant@ANTux-AXP mplayerplug-in]$ more config.log This file contains any messages produced by compilers while running configure, to aid debugging if configure makes a mistake.
