No. The change will not affect the result of the compliance test. The  
bug did not occur with compliance bitstreams which don't cause  
clipping while decoding.

And the limited accuracy is due to the lack of --enable-int-quality  
switch. We can already get a fully compliant result on ARM with the  
switch.
