[mpg123-devel] Unicode feedseek

Hi,

Attached "feedseek.patch" patch will add Unicode feedseek to the msvc 
2005 and 2008 project files.

"changes.patch" is only for clarification purposes, it shows the changes 
from the original feedseek.c.

The changes are minimal, so only the parts which actually deal with the 
unicode argc from main is changed. The others remain unchanged.

There are minor (unrelated?) changes probably due to locale settings, 
but this can be easily ignored.
