#297 external mail if internal

the feature you implement that internal users's mail is
transfered internaly is not allways welcome!

for example if i use IMAP, then i want also to use
different applications to check mail.

if we send email to "user@domain.com", the smtp server is
used, but if we send email to "user", the mail is transfered
internaly.
So, maybe it would be nice if there were an option (in
settings) for "always use smtp server for sending mails"...
