Using MMEX 1.2.2 Windows version.
I changed the date format in options to DD/MM/YYYY.
The display is OK in dashboard, but when adding a new transaction, the date format is still MM/DD/YYYY.

Thank you
Regards

This is a limitation with the standard date control in wxWidgets and requires a custom control be built to fix the issue.

I have the same thing in the latest Manjaro Linux with MMEX 1.2.3. I tried to set all the date formats available in the options window and the "new transaction" window just does not care. The fact that MMEX uses UK-like date format (even still I have ru_RU locale set in my system) in the window makes me feel like this issue has something in common with https://sourceforge.net/p/moneymanagerex/bugs/655/ - MMEX always showing an error message if en_GB locale is not supported by the local system regardless of whether it is actually needed or not. I can surely be mistaken but it feels like some windows properly detect and use local system locale but some of them have en_GB locale hardcoded instead.
