[mod-security-users] modsecurty testing - Windows 2008 R2 - IIS

I have a strong background programming using VBScript/ASP Classic. I can
following along with some Perl and PHP scripts. This page

ultipage/08-miscellaneous.html talks about running "run-test.pl" to test
modsecurity out. However the latest stable version of modsecurity for
IIS does not include this file. Would someone please send me the ASP
Classic and/or ASP.NET 2/3.5/4 code so that I can test out one or more
of the core rules without using a Perl script.

When I run the following command to update the rules
rules-updater.pl -rhttp://www.modsecurity.org/autoupdate/repository
-prepository/ -Smodsecurity-crs 
I get
Failed to retrieve ruleset modsecurity-crs/modsecurity-crs_2.2.5.zip:
404 Not Found
