I reimplemented the output concatenation with this version.

Added support for POST variables.
These are currently read via the old block functions.
There is disabled code wich reads the POST data + the header sent by the client via buckets becouse it crashes the module currently.

Added support for HTTP GET variables.
See the file testget.lsp how to read them.

I uploaded the mod_ecl alpha release. It should execute every lisp code and send the generated stdout to the client.
