Try plugging your PC into a surge supressor with a noise filter...Maybe a good Isobar would work, but I've been extremely happy with my APC UPS 650 Pro. Also, if you plan on using the CM11a, plug it into a separate outlet from your PC...Preferably, one on a separate circuit. :) On a related note, I've just got my X10 modules for my new house, and the internal light switch modules have a weird problem...it seems I can only turn them off with X10, can't turn 'em on. One of my past homes had the opposite problem, where I could turn 'em on but not off, and that's explained on the X10 page...But I can't find anything that tells me why they'd turn off but not on...My guess is that the commons and lives in my house are all wired backwards and mislabelled, but I'm not sure....Anyone have any insight? -Jeff -----Original Message----- From: mis...@li... I just found out that when my primary PC is on, it keeps my X10 commands from transmitting (using my remote)... What can I do to fix that? I'm using a Firecracker kit right now, but have more stuff on the way (wall switches, weather station, etc)... The sad part is this is the PC I wanted to use for misterhouse... :-( Jason Huebel _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
