Yes, it was the quotes that was the issue. I have a new issue, that is simple to solve though, and that is PS crashing out due to 'no such device' errors. This is caused by the simple fact that I pulled the USB dongle for my wireless headset I was using to test with, for use with a SIP phone on a different system. No big deal on that. Your mention of the quotes is what helped though. Even the MH interface was defaulted with that (as far as I could tell, could have been other mistakes that I created though). I don't quite get what you are doing with chan_alsa though so I don't think I would be helpful with that. ~Seann Gianni Veloce wrote: > As promised pls find below an excerpt of my (quick an dirty) notes related to PS/MH > hope they help.... It was mostly due to issues with the newest PocketSphinx (saw old mailing list entries on that) so I grabbed 0.4.1 for PS and 0.3 for sphinx. I got PS to work right and able to (sort of) recognize speech, so as a basic end I am happy. Now I am working on getting it working with MH and after setting it up and trying to get it working I am getting errors of: > > 02/25/09 22:05:09 pocketsphinx:: ERROR: file: "/usr/local/mh/data/pocketsphinx/custom.dic" MISSING!! > 02/25/09 22:05:09 pocketsphinx:: ERROR: file: "/usr/local/mh/ps/hmm/wsj0" MISSING!! > > > This is universial, no matter what 'files' I point the cmudict entry and the hmm file at. Unfortunately this has been all guesswork after getting the pieces together, and I can't find anything outside of VOIP integration on this with MH. Any help at all is much appreciated. > > > |
