I am personally using DJB's daemontools as it automatically creates rotating log files, but there are many solutions, including just using a standard redirect "mh >& mh.log". Within another terminal session I usually "tail -f mh.log". Now, to debug this problem, I suggest adding swears to mh/code/common/news_ap_breaking.pl. Useful places would be within the "if (done_now $p_ap_news) {" block as this is what's run once mh believes that it has downloaded the rss file. Matt |
