Ok, things are getting really weird. I have installed perl-rrdtool via yum and I now have RRDs.pm on my system. The new problem was that RRD::graph was now complaining that GIF is an unsupported format so I've had to remove weather_graph_format=GIF from my mh.ini in order to let weather_rrd_update use its default format, PNG. This isn't a biggie except that I had set it to GIF so that I could view the graphs on my Audrey.
